Online Store

All online purchases are on a pay-pre-order basis. Payment must be made in full before customers are able to receive any and all order confirmations.

General conditions

All prices are subject to additional fees (delivery and/or shipping fees) depending on the type of purchase and order destination. These prices will be clearly stated at the time of checkout.

Price Changes

The Chameleon Collective reserves the right to change product prices whenever needed/necessary, and without having to provide prior notice to any and all customers.

Use of Third Party Applications

The Chameleon Collective is not liable for any interruptions/malfunctions when using third party applications.

 

Use of User Comments, Feedback, and/or Other Submissions

The Chameleon Collective reserves the right to use any comments and feedback sent to them for future business products and plans. Credit will always be given to official advisory parties. However, credit does not need to be given to unofficial/casual comments and ideas given to The Chameleon Collective by the general public.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges (RRE)

Our RRE policy runs for a duration of 07 days from the date of purchase for local orders, and for a duration of 14 days from the date of purchase for international orders.

Promotional and sale items items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are only for defective and/or damaged items.

All items sent back for a refund or an exchange are subject to inspection. Following which, customers will then be notified whether the refund/exchange has been approved or rejected.

All RREs need to include a receipt from customers as proof of purchase.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.

The Chameleon Collective will ensure that all orders are shipped out and/or sent for delivery within the promised time frame. We are not personally liable for any external shipping/delivery delays.

Privacy

Information gathered through a customer's account (eg; blend preferences, location, etc) is used by The Chameleon Collective to recommend further sales/promotions/new releases to said customer.

The Chameleon Collective does not save or store any banks details used for purchase.
